Laxman Utekar’s Chhaava, starring Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna was released theatrically on Valentine’s Day. Kaushal plays Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj in the film and the actress plays Maharani Yesubai. Chhaava also stars Akshaye Khanna as the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb.

The film had an impressive first-day collection at the box office, and owing to the weekend, Chhaava earned well on its second day as well.
