‘It is what it is’: Kyle Sandilands shares health update after doctors found second aneurysm

by Ritesh Raj

Kyle Sandilands has shared an update after revealing his latest health scare; a double aneurysm diagnosis.

Speaking on his Kyle and Jackie O Show on KIIS FM on Monday, the shock jock, 53, said he recently visited the cardiologist and his wife Tegan Kynaston was right by his side for the doctor’s appointment.

The father-of-one said the specialist was the one who found the first aneurysm initially and said that he’s just discovered he’s been “over medicated” for his blood pressure.

“I’d be gone for two or three hours [at the doctor’s] and Tegan didn’t believe me… she was like, what doctor takes three hours?” he explained to his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.

“Well she will never come again…,” he joked.

“The professor is a genius but a scatter brain… he’s very good and thorough. He was the one that found the aneurysm.”

“He said I’m being over medicated and my blood pressure is not as bad as it used to be,” Sandilands explained.

A week ago, he revealed he has a second aneurysm in his chest.

“That’s a separate surgery, and I have very bad calcium buildup in the heart where I’m likely to have a heart attack,” he said.
