Justin Baldoni’s Legal Team Reacts To Blake Lively’s Amended Lawsuit

The Blake Lively-Justin Baldoni saga continues. After the It Ends With Us actress amended her lawsuit against the director and actor of the film, the latter’s legal team sent in their response.

Justin submitted his first amended complaint on January 31. this was two weeks after he initiated the lawsuit. Following this, Lively requested an amendment to her counter-lawsuit.

As per her legal team, the amended lawsuit provides significant additional evidence and corroboration of her original claims. It also includes previously disclosed communications involving the actress, Sony, Wayfarer Studios and other witnesses. The latest complaint also alleges that two more women felt uncomfortable interacting with the actor on set.

Baldoney’s team, on the other hand, dismissed the new claims and called them ‘underwhelming’ and filled with ‘unsubstantial hearsay’.

Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s attorney said, “Since documents do not lie and people do, the upcoming depositions of those who initially supported Ms Lively’s false claims and those who are witnesses to her own behaviour will be enlightening. What is truly uncomfortable here is Lively’s lack of actual evidence.”
