Yoon Jin Yi’s husband, who is not a public figure, took to social media to share a touching photo, confirming the news of the newborn’s arrival. As per South Korean media, he shared a photo of him cradling his daughter.
The Reply 1994 actress kept sharing glimpses of her pregnancy journey and shared this intimate part of her life with her fans. In one of her YouTube videos, Yoon Jin Yi revealed that she had planned for a C-section delivery. Her delivery date was supposed to be February 27 but her daughter arrived three days early. The couple have decided to name their precious daughter Kim Jennie.
In terms of her career, Yoon Jin Yi has been a familiar face in the South Korean entertainment industry for over a decade. She made her acting debut in 2012 with the comedy series A Gentleman’s Dignity and gained more appreciation and global acknowledgement for the series Reply 1994. Some of her other notable dramas include The Fugitive of Joseon and It’s Okay, That’s Love. Her most recent work was in the 2021 drama Young Lady and Gentleman. Fans are eagerly awaiting her return to the screen.
